As of January 1, 2021, Law SB1343 requires two hours of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training for all supervisors, and one hour of training for non-supervisory employees for any business with 5 or more employees.

This training is to be completed every two years.

Both courses are available in English and Spanish. You will be able to choose your preferred language before beginning your training.
